MAC CHAMPIONS SHIPPING NOTE
As you may expect we are inundated with orders for MAC Champions merchandise. This is a good thing, but it makes it difficult for us to be precise in when items will arrive and when orders will ship out.
Posted in the descriptions of each item are our best expectation of the timing for each item. Please note that these are our best approximations only and the exact arrival of anything can not be guaranteed. Please understand that there may be delays. Please note that orders will multiple items will be held until every item on that order comes available. If you do not want that to happen, please place separate orders.
Every order is important to us, and every order will be shipped just as quickly as possible. Thanks for your understanding, thanks for your business, and go Bobcats!
HOLIDAY SHIPPING NOTE
Because we don't deliver your packages ourselves, we can't promise exactly when your package will arrive, especially around the holidays. What we can assure you is that your in-stock* order will almost always ship out from our store in Athens Ohio by the next business day from when we receive the order. We hustle to get all orders out the door fast, but from there it depends on the shipper for the exact time for delivery. We promise will get every order out the door as fast we can! ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Most orders will ship out the next business day after they are received. In some cases if the order is placed early in the morning it may ship out the same day it is received.
Orders placed on Friday and Saturday will usually ship out the following Monday.
All processing time is subject to the availability of the products ordered. Some items may have longer shipping times as noted in the product description.
IN-STORE PICKUP
In-store pickup is an option. You can select at checkout an in-store pickup option, where your order will be available for you to pick up in our store with no shipping charge added*.
Note that the first page of our checkout process will prompt for a shipping address. Fill this in even if you don't want to ship the order, and on a subsequent screen you will be given the option to pick the order up instead of using the shipping address.
Please allow 12 hours of processing time between when you place an order and when you arrive to pick it up. If you need to pick your order up sooner than that, please call us after placing your order to request more rapid processing of your web order.
*NOTE: A certain few special-order items may carry a shipping charge even if picked up at our store, as noted on the individual item's page(s).

MILITARY SHIPPING
We are happy to ship orders to APO/FPO addresses for the armed forces via US priority mail. Our standard rates apply, but transit times may be substantially longer.
Please note that we are unable to ship second-day air to APO/FPO addresses. In addition, a few special items that bear shipping surcharges (diploma frames, for example) can not be shipped to APO/FPO addresses.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are only able to ship within the United States and its territories at this time. International shipping is currently not available. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We are unable to ship to freight forwarding companies.
